Before shipping your order, MUON normally needs to prepare your products, do strict quality control tests, and carefully package the items. As such, the processing time is separate from the delivery time.

For electric bikes in stock at the EU (excluding the Benelux region) warehouses, it normally takes 1–2 business days to process your order.
